Once your order is complete, you’ll be taken to a guided onboarding page where we train your Vlok assistant to run exactly the way your restaurant does.
This is not a technical setup. It’s a structured walkthrough that captures how you take bookings, how you speak to guests, and how your team prefers calls to be handled.
Your answers are used to:
Shape the assistant’s voice and tone
Define what it can and cannot book
Apply your opening hours, reservation rules, and policies
Ensure it fits cleanly into your existing tools and workflow
The onboarding is broken into short steps and typically takes 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
Once submitted, our team reviews everything, configures your assistant, and schedules the build. We’ll only reach out if something is unclear or needs confirmation.
